Eco international tower

Eco International Tower is a 24-story tall office and retail building located in the city of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. This tower is the first phase of the project which was completed in 2022. The second phase now being constructed. Spacio Forma was responsible for the planning, production and assembly facade.

GM Apartment Ethiopia

The building is located in Bole Sub- City, one of Addis Ababa’s most desirable neighbourhoods. Aluminum closing systems with thermal bridge and highly insulating glass were installed to provide maximum comfort to the residents.

MN TOWER

This office tower building features a facade that combines a light curtain wall system composed of mullions and transoms with tinted insulated glass, and a ceramic ventilated facade cladding system.

OLYMPIC RESIDENCE

A premium residential project in Ulaanbaatar city. The client’s objective was to cover the façade with a surface with the appearance and texture of natural stone, with a certain degree of reflection in specific parts of the surface, and resistant to the extreme climate of Mongolia.

R&E FACADE

SOYOMBO TOWER

Aluminum closing systems with thermal bridge and highly insulating glass was used together with a ventilated Krion facade by Butech. This material was chosen for its resistance to extreme weather conditions, UV radiation and pollution. Very important factors in a city where the temperature varies from -40 C to + 40 C degrees, and with a very high rate of environmental pollution.
